Requirements
- integrated rehabilitation of Churchill Avenue into Ottawa’s first 1.2km complete street
- meet the needs of all users: pedestrians, cyclists, drivers and public transit
- replacement of existing storm and sanitary sewers, watermains, private service connections
- reconstruction of roadway structure including granular and asphalt placement
