Tomlinson is recognized for its award-winning innovation and proven experience with complex design-build projects. We have successfully completed some of the most challenging projects across the Province of Ontario, including highways, road construction and the Lees Ave Bridge Rapid Lift – the heaviest structure to be lifted and moved in North America.

We are Ottawa’s largest and most experienced sewer and watermain contractor with 50 years’ experience serving the Eastern Ontario market. Our value engineering allows us to provide enhanced benefits to our customers in the residential, industrial, institutional and commercial sectors, with road and sidewalk rehabilitation, lot grading and drainage, as well as land and streetscaping.

Dufresne is more than a piling contractor. Thanks to our comprehensive capabilities, our team can undertake both excavation and piling/shoring, meaning you only have one contractor to manage. This allows you more efficient coordination of onsite activities when beginning your construction project. Not only does this provide more cost certainty, it can lead to efficiencies in time, as well as improvements in the quality of your project.

Tomlinson Construction Services – Kingston provides a full range of construction services including, Heavy Civil and Construction Materials from Gananoque to Brighton, and Kaladar* south to Lake Ontario. In addition, the Tomlinson Kingston location owns and operates a limestone quarry in Napanee to complement its full-service Road, Excavation and Sewer/Watermain services.
