The Tomlinson Family Foundation aims to contribute towards and support local communities, and foster charitable works that build and strengthen these communities. The Foundation will leverage the company’s tradition of charitable giving by encouraging participation from employees, suppliers, service providers and other organizations and individuals with whom we work. The goal of the Foundation is to support a wide range of organizations in an effort to serve the needs of our community.

OUR VISION
The Tomlinson Family Foundation is an extension of the Tomlinson Family and is supported by the Tomlinson Group of Companies. The Foundation was granted Not-For-Profit Charitable Status in 2016. The Foundation aims to contribute towards and support local communities and to foster charitable works that build and strengthen these communities.
Under the leadership of Cindy Tomlinson, President, the Foundation will continue the family and Tomlinson Group of Companies, long standing history of giving. We will leverage that tradition by encouraging participation from employees, suppliers, service providers and other organizations and individuals with whom we work. Our goal is to support a wide range of organizations in an effort to serve the needs of our community.

THE BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB OF OTTAWA
The foundation recently announced it will donate $1m to The Boys and Girls Club of Ottawa! The Boys and Girls Club of Ottawa (BGCO) has served the Ottawa community since 1923, reaching out to 4,500 children and youth each year through after-school, weekend and summer programs that build self-esteem and help to develop stronger social skills.

Giving Back to Our Community
At Tomlinson we believe strongly in giving back to the communities in which we live, work and play. We have become widely recognized as a supporter of local causes throughout Eastern Ontario. Our employees are community leaders. We are actively involved with various charities and associations – whether as board members or volunteers.
