EVENT INFORMATION

 

Date:  Friday June 6th – Sunday June 8th, 2025
Location:  Calabogie Motorsports Park, 462 Wilson Farm Rd, Calabogie, ON K0J 1H0

Admission Tickets: You must sign-up below to receive an entrance wrist band – no access permitted without one. No wristbands will be given day of. Kids under 10 are free.  Separate sign-up option below.

Camping: Sold separately through Guitars and Gasoline’s official page. Use code TOM20 to receive 20% off your purchase. Click here to purchase.

Food: Food trucks are available throughout the venue. Complimentary Tomlinson BBQ will be available throughout Saturday June 7th in the Tomlinson VIP zone.

Drinks: Alcoholic drinks are available for purchase on-site with a valid ID.  Water bottles are provided. No outside drinks are permitted in the VIP/GA areas.

Entertainment: Live music, kids zones, VR racing, car show, and more! *no live races happening during this event.

Event Rules

  • Employees and a plus one (kids under 10 are free)
  • No outside alcoholic drinks permitted.
  • Only guests 19+ with valid ID can consume alcohol.
  • No pets allowed, with the exception of service animals.
  • No individual campfires.
  • No dumping of any waste water on site.

HOW TO GET TICKETS

Tomlinson is giving away 2 tickets to every employee (kids under 10 are free) to get entry into the event and our exclusive VIP area centre stage.  To claim your tickets you must fill out the form below. Once completed, you will receive confirmation of your registration and your RFID entrance bracelets will be available for pick-up or delivery. You will not be able to access this event without a bracelet.  No bracelets to the Tomlinson Zone are available for purchase at the festival gate.

Registration is required for attending this event

You must register below to receive your entrance wristband and be admitted into the event.  No tickets will be sold at the gate. Only employees are able to register for this event however one ‘plus one’ is allowed.

    If you choose yes, you will be given two festival wristbands. Children under 10 are free. See next line for their registration.



    Children under 10 receive a different wristband. Validity of child's age is up to the discretion of the Guitars and Gasoline officials.


    Please provide how many extra tickets are needed as well as the names of the children using them for validation purposes.


    Pick-up will be available at the CORE (100 Citigate Drive) or Kingston (633 Fortune Crescent) 7am - 4pm, Monday to Friday. Pick-up is available until June 4th. Mail is only available until May 23, 2025.

    FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

    Who can I bring as my plus one?

    Your plus one is up to your discretion.  There is no minimum age in the VIP area.

    Can I get more than two tickets?

    Yes – every employee is given a minimum of two tickets (for them and a plus one).  However you can get more tickets to bring your children with you.  All kids under 10 are free but must be registered to receive their special wristband. Kids 10-18 are now covered by Tomlinson – please include them in your registration.

    External guests can purchase General Admission or VIP tickets on the Guitars and Gasoline website, but Tomlinson VIP area is not open to the public.

    How and When will I receive my ticket?

    After completing the above registration form, your submission will be reviewed to ensure you are a Tomlinson employee. Once approved, your event package will be prepared for pick-up at one of our office locations or mailed to you (depending on which selection you chose in the registration). This package will include your entrance wristband(s), VIP wristband(s), parking pass (if selected), and children’s passes (if selected).

    What time do gates open?

    • Event gates open Friday, June 6th at 9:00 AM and close at 12:00 AM
    • Event gates open Saturday, June 7th at 9:00 AM and close at 12:00 AM.
    • Camping entry open Friday June 6th at 10 AM and close at 12:00 AM.
    • Camping entry open Saturday June 7th at 10 AM and close at 9:00 PM.
    • Exit Only Sunday, June 8th, starting at 8:00 AM.

    When do the bands go on stage?

    Music starts at 6pm on Friday June 6th.

    Music starts at 4pm on Saturday June 7th.

    Where do I book a camping spot?

    All camping must be purchased through the Guitars and Gasoline site here. We have secured a 20% discount for all of our employees to use for this purchase: TOM20.

    Will there be any food available?

    Yes, there will be complimentary food available in the Tomlinson VIP area throughout the event.  There are also many exciting food trucks catering vendor alley for purchase in the General Admission area.

    Outside food and drinks are not permitted outside of the camping area.

    Can I bring my own drinks?

    Small refillable drink containers (empty, maximum 1 litre) are permitted within the event grounds.  No outside drinks (alcoholic or not) are allowed outside the camping area.
