- We have partnered with the Bell Leadership Institute where employees and managers participate in seminars designed to build world-class personal skills to lead others by developing the core competencies of great leaders.
- We are a supporter of the Ontario Road Builders Association (ORBA). This association offers Gold Seal Certified courses specifically designed for our industry.
- We have partnered with Algonquin College in the design of our in-house training programs. A number of our courses offered result in college-level credits or certificates.
All of our employees receive performance and development reviews with their managers to discuss current performance, ongoing development and career plans within Tomlinson.

Design of Public Spaces
Tomlinson will meet the Accessibility Standards for the Design of Public Spaces when building or making major modifications to public spaces.
Accessibility Plan
Tomlinson is developing a plan to address the accessibility of their locations to maintain compliance with Ontario’s Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).
All project plans must address how accessibility has been incorporated into the project planning process. All employees will consider the needs of people with disabilities from the start to prevent creating accessibility barriers in project design.
