Within this team, there is significant opportunity for growth and professional development. This team is pivotal to building infrastructure within Eastern Ontario. This group has a multitude of roles such as labourers, operators, project coordinators, superintendents, and more. This team is very field focused and spends most of their day outside.

HEALTH & SAFETY

Health and Safety of our workers is our top priority at Tomlinson. This team has a crucial role in ensuring our employees’ safety. Within this team, you have the opportunity of being an administrator, focusing on Commercial Vehicle Operator’s Registrations (CVOR), or becoming a safety advisor to assist our employees within our different teams. They typically work in an office and field environment.

ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES

Our Environmental teams make a positive impact on the world around us. Working with this team, you have the opportunity to work with recycling materials, industrial waste management, organics processing, and more. This field is constantly evolving, with new technologies and innovations emerging all the time, providing opportunities for growth and professional development. This team works consistently throughout the 12 months of the year, allowing for professional stability. This team regularly works around waste materials at our collection facilities.

SALES

Our Sales teams work with a variety of customers across many different industries. They work alongside Tomlinson’s partners, and work to support the communities where we live. Working with our Sales group is incredibly rewarding, and you have the opportunity to be both in the office and out in the field, meeting with customers and partners.

DRIVERS

Being a driver with Tomlinson is limitless. We hire G, DZ and AZ drivers, with a fleet that includes roll-offs, triaxles, concrete mixers, floats, and many more.  Opportunities to grow as a driver and move within groups is encouraged. Drivers are pivotal for Tomlinson’s success!

ESTIMATING

Our Estimation group is a fundamental part of our operations. They ensure that we are able to utilize employees’ strengths and their industry and technical knowledge in tandem with our company resources to win projects that build our community. Working within this group, you will work on a variety of projects, and bid proposals for various infrastructure, greenfield, residential, and environmental projects.

AGGREGATES

Working with our Aggregates group, you play a vital role in the construction industry. Aggregates are essential materials used in construction projects, providing the foundation for buildings, roads, bridges, and other infrastructure. Being part of this team, you can work in a variety of roles such as a Labourer, driving equipment (rock truck or loader), Blaster, Towerman, Foreman, or Superintendent.
