Tomlinson has wrapped up their $30-million project at the Ottawa International Airport
Tomlinson has wrapped up their $30-million project at the Ottawa International Airport – one of the largest, most time-sensitive projects the company has ever taken on. In a span of four months, Tomlinson crews have completely removed and rebuilt the largest runway at the Airport, measuring approximately 10-thousand feet long. The project involved the placement of 430,000 tonnes of granulars for support and the paving of over 80,000 tonnes of asphalt. Watch CTV Ottawa’s interview with Project Manager, Luc De Champlain and see the first plane land on the newly completed runway.
