and locaion of the plant in the Bay area. Through desire,
cooperaion and smart forward thinking, a true Public-Private
partnership has emerged between these two progressive
organizaions. Together, Lystek and FSSD have developed this
opportunity and it will become a reality later this spring, when
construcion and iniial tesing are completed.
By working directly together in the spirit of the
partnership, Lystek and FSSD will play an important role in
helping to move the biosolids management industry forward
in the Bay Area. This will be accomplished through the
producion of Excepional Quality products that can help
sustain area agriculture stressed by drought and depleted soil
condiions as well as through the implementaion of processes
that will reduce over-all volumes and GHG’s while producing
green energy. The facility is scheduled to open mid-year and
will have LysteGro bioferilizer product available shortly ater.
Aside from local interest, there is great interest from similar
organizaions across California and throughout the U.S. (and
Canada for that mater), all who are keen to see the successful
outcome of this Public-Private partnership.
