Tomlinson is committed to providing and maintaining an accessible workplace. Tomlinson is dedicated to treating all individuals in a way that will maintain their independence and dignity. We are continuing to make improvements to maintain our commitment to meeting the accessibility needs of people with disabilities.
As part of the requirements under Ontario’s law, Tomlinson will provide and ensure all employees receive the appropriate mandatory Accessibility Training.
Information and Communications
Tomlinson is committed to meeting the communication needs of people living with disabilities. We will consult with the individuals affected to determine their specific needs.
Tomlinson will make sure all new websites and content on those sites conform to WCAG 2.0, Level A.

Design of Public Spaces
Tomlinson will meet the accessibility Standards for the Design of Public Spaces when building or making major modifications to public spaces.
Tomlinson is developing a plan to address the accessibility of their locations to maintain compliance with Ontario’s Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).
All project plans must address how accessibility has been incorporated into the project planning process. All employees will consider the needs of people with disabilities from the start to prevent creating accessibility barriers in project design.
